Monika Multhauf

Monika is an Analyst, primarily involved in the asset management activities of Hammes Partners.

Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Monika worked as an Investment Intern for Buckingham Companies, where she assisted in underwriting multifamily real estate developments and acquisitions. Prior to that, Monika worked as a Development Intern for Three Leaf Partners, where she conducted market research for potential development opportunities.

Monika earned a B.B.A in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investments & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
