Allison Steinhafel

Allison is a Vice President with Hammes Partners and is primarily involved in the operations activities of Hammes Partners.

Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Allison was the Director of Strategic Projects and Marketing at Boloco, a private-equity backed company based in Boston. Previously, she worked with Cambridge Associates as an Associate Consultant, focused on client exposure to the private asset classes.

Allison serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the board of ACTS Housing, a non-profit organization empowering families to obtain home ownership in Milwaukee, and on the board of directors of Boloco. She earned a B.B.A. in Finance, Investments & Banking and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
