Hammes Partners developed a medical office building for a leading pediatric health system that was seeking to provide enhanced access to multiple specialties from a single, convenient location. The new clinic, completed in 2019, offers primary care and multiple pediatric specialties and is the first urgent care in the area specifically focused on the needs of children.
Hammes provided a complete, turnkey solution for this project with Hammes Healthcare serving as project manager and Hammes Realty Services providing property management.
