Hammes Partners was engaged by a leading regional healthcare provider to develop a new medical office building, allowing the provider to expand its ambulatory services and supplement its existing acute care regional hospital.
The new facility, which opened to patients in November of 2020, provides primary care, OB-GYN, orthopedics, cardiology, pediatrics, laboratory and imaging, among other services.
Hammes Partners affiliate, Hammes Healthcare, had previously worked with this provider to develop its ambulatory network plan and is serving as project manager for the new facility.
