Todd Kibler

Todd is a Managing Principal and leads the investment and financing activities for Hammes Partners. Todd is a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Todd was a Partner with Hammes Company Healthcare and served as the company’s Chief Financial and Investment Officer. Todd’s experience includes transactional, managerial and consultative involvement in the real estate industry, spanning virtually all product types. Prior to joining Hammes, Todd was Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration for Corporex Companies, a developer and operator of commercial office, industrial, hospitality, and residential properties. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance & Strategic Business for The Mills Corporation, a publicly traded real estate investment trust focused on the development and operation of retail centers, and other retail and entertainment operating ventures. Todd began his real estate career with Kenneth Leventhal & Company.

Todd serves on the Advisory Board for Healthcare Real Estate Insights, a publication platform that covers the healthcare real estate sector with notable news, projects, and trends. Todd is a C.P.A. and earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Southern California.
