Stephen Buckeridge

Steve is a Senior Vice President and primarily involved in the development activities of Hammes Partners.

Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Steve was a Development Principal for MedCraft Healthcare Real Estate. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President and led the internal development services group at Health Care REIT (NYSE: HCN), now Welltower (NYSE: WELL), a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Previously, he was a Vice President at Hospital Affiliates Development Corporation (HADC). Steve began his career as a facility planner and program manager for the U.S. Navy. He brings more than 25 years of healthcare real estate planning, development, acquisitions, and transactional experience.

Steve earned a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
